What you will do

• Collaborate with information security to integrate security requirements into infrastructure initiatives.
• Standardize security toolsets and operational practices across a multi-company environment.
• Translate application team requirements into actionable technical solutions and product architectures.
• Facilitate the documentation of current system architectures and recommend technical improvements.
• Drive infrastructure compliance and security requirements into the overarching architecture framework.
• Engage with senior leadership to discuss technical trade-offs, risk mitigation, and architectural best practices.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card holder)
• Must be local to Charlotte, NC
• Deep experience with identity infrastructure including Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, SAML, and SCIM.
• Strong background in end-to-end identity provisioning/deprovisioning and HRIS to IdP relationships.
• Familiarity with Microsoft security products such as Entra Identity Governance, Defender, and Purview.
• Proficiency in monitoring and logging tools like Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, and Cloudtrail.
