What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive internal and external communication strategies for transformation programs.
• Assess change readiness, identify risks, and map leadership stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.
• Design and deliver training programs, including content creation and needs assessments.
• Craft compelling narratives and success stories to embed new mindsets and behaviors across the organization.
• Measure cultural adoption and effectiveness of change management interventions through holistic metrics.
• Partner with business units to tailor change activities and support sustainable adoption of new processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, or Communications (Master's preferred).
• 5–10 years of experience in communications, change management, or organizational development.
• Proven track record in managing global or large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office suite and digital communication platforms.
• Excellent written, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Must be able to work onsite in Houston, TX.

Nice to have

• CCMP or Prosci Change Practitioner certification.
• Experience with Agile system implementations.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leadership.
