Salary: $85,000–$95,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Traffic and execute podcast and YouTube ad campaigns across various platforms.
• Manage campaign setup, asset delivery, and timeline coordination with internal and external partners.
• Conduct QA checks to verify ad placement, tracking, and adherence to FTC and platform requirements.
• Update and maintain tracking systems, including Monday boards and internal documentation.
• Support monthly billing reconciliation and prepare delivery reports for finance teams.
• Monitor campaign performance trends and proactively flag potential risks to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or production.
• Must be able to work onsite in West Hollywood, Monday–Friday.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• High attention to detail and proficiency with QA checklists.
• Experience with spreadsheet software (Excel or Google Sheets).
• Eagerness to learn new trafficking workflows and technical systems.
