What you will do

• Provide operational support to the production team and artists.
• Schedule meetings, dailies, and reviews to keep production timelines on track.
• Manage and organize incoming files from clients and oversee client sends.
• Perform note-taking and data entry in ShotGrid during Cinesync sessions.
• Assist Facilities and HR departments in maintaining a positive studio environment.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in Canada and reside in British Columbia.
• 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced work environment or relevant film/TV education.
• Proficiency with basic MS Excel.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
• Enthusiasm for post-production and a willingness to learn new studio technologies.
