What you will do

• Define compositing methodologies and create efficient Nuke templates for sequences.
• Lead, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to a team of compositors to ensure high-quality output.
• Review shots and resolve bottlenecks to maintain aesthetic and technical standards.
• Collaborate with lighting, lookdev, and FX departments to establish key shot methodology.
• Manage team resources, schedules, and assist the supervisor with QC processes.
• Develop and implement procedural toolsets and innovative techniques within the production pipeline.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional compositing experience in film or high-end streaming.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams of 6+ artists on large-scale projects.
• Expert-level proficiency in Nuke and its associated compositing workflows.
• Deep understanding of photography, composition, lighting, and physics.
• Must be based in British Columbia.
• Ability to manage time effectively and balance competing project priorities.
