Location: Must be legally eligible to work in British Columbia, Canada. The role follows a flexible hybrid schedule.
Salary: $95,000 CAD – $110,000 CAD

What you will do
- Oversee the layout and previs process to ensure camera work aligns with the Director's vision.
- Lead hands-on lensing and blocking for complex, action-heavy sequences.
- Organize, manage, and provide ongoing training to the camera and staging team.
- Collaborate with editorial and animation teams to adapt to pacing and structural changes.
- Review and approve work in Flow Production Tracking to ensure deadlines are met.
Requirements
- 5+ years of production experience in Previs, Layout, or Camera.
- 1-2 years of experience in a Lead or supervisory role.
- Expert-level understanding of cinematography principles and character posing.
- Extensive working experience within a Maya pipeline.
- Proficiency with Flow Production Tracking (ShotGrid).
- Must be legally eligible to work in British Columbia, Canada.
Nice to have
- Experience with professional editing and graphics software like Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or Photoshop.
