What you will do

• Contribute to standardized architecture, technical documentation, and repeatable deployment models for global solutions.
• Act as a technical sounding board for regional architects, providing troubleshooting support and best-practice alignment.
• Manage Academy knowledge resources, including playbooks, installation standards, and internal training materials.
• Collaborate with Support, Infrastructure, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure clear documentation of solution requirements.
• Identify recurring technical challenges and implement scalable, standardized improvements across global regions.

Requirements

• Experience in technical support, implementation, systems engineering, or customer-facing technical roles.
• Familiarity with SaaS systems, networking fundamentals, and documentation practices.
• Proven ability to contribute effectively within a global, cross-functional team environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to various stakeholders.
• Structured and methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Documentation-oriented mindset with the ability to turn repeated work into reusable technical guidance.
