Creative Director (AI): Overseeing all creative output from concept through execution, including campaign work, bespoke content, product education, events, and advertising, with an accent on brand and product campaigns and art direction. Focus on developing hirify.global's cultural point of view and creating work that informs and resonates emotionally.

Location: Remote across North America. We also have offices in NYC, San Francisco, and Seattle.

Salary: $250,000 - $320,000

What you will do

• Develop creative concepts, campaigns, and brand platform work across all channels and formats.
• Provide creative direction and oversight across the full department.
• Manage and develop a growing team of writers, art directors, designers, video editors, developers, and social media specialists.
• Set art direction and copy direction for campaigns, brand, web, product, video, events, and social media.
• Work with product marketing to translate briefs into powerful creative ideas.
• Help establish creative processes, review cadences, and quality standards as the department scales.

Requirements

• 8+ years in creative roles, with significant time at agencies or in-house teams that think like agencies.
• A portfolio that shows conceptual range across both copy and art direction.
• Someone who is actively utilizing AI in their creative process today.
• Proven ability to direct and elevate writers, art directors, and designers.
• Incredibly strong art direction sensibilities and sharp instincts for language and tone.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a motivation to help define how the department operates.
