What you will do

• Develop and enhance the hirify.global Elements product using TypeScript and React.
• Design, architect, and build high-quality, scalable, and secure systems.
• Perform complex data analysis to provide actionable recommendations for system improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure high quality in an iterative environment.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to improvements in development processes and tooling.
• Solve technical problems with large scope and complexity, advocating for best practices in code and architecture.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with fullstack development including Javascript, Typescript, Node.js, and React.
• Expertise in cloud computing, specifically AWS, and cloud-native environments.
• Proven track record of developing and deploying microservices.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and Test Driven Development principles.
• Strong technical documentation skills, including familiarity with the C4 Model and Architectural Decision Records.
• Experience with performance optimization, diagnostics, and prevention of scaling issues.

Nice to have

• Experience in designing or developing external SDKs, APIs, and CLIs.
• Domain expertise in decentralized identity solutions.
• Experience developing systems with cryptography requirements.
