What you will do

• Act as a technical advisor and solution architect for large-scale client programs.
• Drive hands-on technical implementation while championing best practices like TDD and pair programming.
• Manage account strategy, risks, and proactive proposals to deliver business value.
• Provide strategic leadership to cultivate high-performing, inclusive teams.
• Ensure security, privacy, and legal compliance across client accounts.
• Maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders to understand market trends.

Requirements

• Right to work in Singapore (Citizens or PR only).
• Strong background in Fullstack Development (Java, JS, GoLang).
• Deep expertise in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Proven track record in designing CI/CD pipelines and automating workflows.
• Experience in solutioning or technical consulting, ideally within the Singapore Public Sector.
• Strong background in account management, pre-sales, and technical roadmapping.
