Senior Java Fullstack Developer (Javascript/Typescript): Designing software solutions that create meaningful change for clients, writing clean and iterative code with an accent on better engineering practices. Focus on solving complex business problems and mentoring junior-level consultants.

Location: hirify.global Singapore will be shortlisting applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore i.e. Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents only due to the nature of the business.

What you will do

• Learn and adopt best practices like writing clean and reusable code using TDD, pair programming and design patterns.
• Use and advocate for continuous delivery practices to deliver high-quality software as well as value to end customers as early as possible.
• Drive the AI-first software delivery strategy by strategically integrating and utilizing AI tools.
• Collaborate with a variety of teammates to build features, design concepts and interactive prototypes and ensure best practices and UX specifications are embedded along the way.
• Apply the latest technology thinking from our Technology Radar to solve client problems.
• Oversee or take part in the entire cycle of software consulting and delivery from ideation to deployment and everything in between.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience using Java + JavaScript & TypeScript, with experience in object-oriented programming.
• Skillfully write high-quality, well-tested code and comfortable with Object-Oriented programming.
• Bring an open and thoughtful mindset toward AI, proactively integrating AI-assisted tools and methods into technical workflows.
• Comfortable with Agile methodologies, such as Extreme Programming (XP), Scrum and/or Kanban.
• Have a good awareness of TDD, continuous integration and continuous delivery approaches/tools.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of cloud technology such as AWS, Azure, Kubernetes and Docker.
