What you will do

• Design and implement AI-powered workflows to reduce manual effort in customer and internal operations.
• Build scalable services combining LLMs, automation pipelines, and software services.
• Champion AI-assisted development tools to accelerate engineering productivity.
• Improve platform reliability, observability, and performance of AI-powered systems.
• Mentor engineers on system design, architecture, and AI-enabled product development.
• Lead architecture discussions and create reusable frameworks to enhance team velocity.

Requirements

• 8+ years of fullstack engineering experience delivering complex software systems.
• Experience building production-grade SaaS platforms in B2B, fintech, or similar environments.
• Proven experience with AI-powered product capabilities including LLM workflows, document processing, classification, and intelligent automation.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React or Vue, and database systems (Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with AI development techniques such as prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG, and AI system monitoring.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices (AWS preferred).

• Experience designing AI-first product architectures and internal AI tooling.
• Experience with agentic workflows, automation platforms, and AI-supporting data pipelines.
• Background in fintech, accounting, or financial operations platforms.

Hiring process
