What you will do

• Deliver well-documented, maintainable, and robust code through Pull Requests that include comprehensive tests.
• Design and implement features demonstrating strong understanding and application of software architecture principles.
• Integrate AI coding assistants and tools into your daily workflow to demonstrably improve development speed without compromising code quality.
• Contribute to system stability by enforcing comprehensive testing and leveraging CI/CD pipelines effectively.
• Actively participate in code reviews, providing timely, constructive feedback.
• Comfortably own features end-to-end, driving projects from concept through delivery, and supporting others on the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Full-Stack Engineer or similar role, building and shipping scalable applications in production environments.
• Fluent in VueJS or React, and NodeJS with TypeScript.
• Experience with MongoDB or Supabase, ESR/RPC, and well-structured software design.
• Strong grasp of Clean/Hexagonal architecture, SOLID principles, ACID behaviors, and idempotent system design.
• Experience using AI for development and integrating AI features into customer-facing applications is a plus.
• Working knowledge of AWS or GCP, with good judgment around when to use serverless, PaaS, or containerized deployments.

Nice to have

• Experience with NestJS.
• Experience with Kubernetes is a plus.
• General familiarity with CI/CD best practices.

• A 2-3 hour take-home assessment that covers both backend and frontend.
• A ~90 minute chat with the Hiring Manager and/or another member of the team to validate the technical aptitude of the candidate.
