What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain AI assistants and copilots for internal business units.
• Develop custom AI agents for task automation using APIs and modern frameworks.
• Build and maintain integrations between AI platforms and corporate systems like Okta and HRIS.
• Develop middleware solutions and RESTful APIs to enable seamless system data flow.
• Partner with IT Operations and Security to ensure compliant, secure AI deployments.
• Measure and report on automation ROI, adoption metrics, and user satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in workflow automation, process automation, or data engineering.
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience with AI platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic, or Azure OpenAI.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Practical experience with prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic AI patterns.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio or Salesforce Einstein.
• Familiarity with vector databases and semantic search technologies.
• Background in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and serverless architectures.
