Salary: $170,000 - $200,000 per year

What you will do

• Expand recommendation personalization by integrating ranking scores and embeddings across various product surfaces beyond the main card stack.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the Recommendations team and internal pods like Growth, Revenue, and Engagement.
• Build and maintain a scalable intake and prioritization process for cross-pod feature requests and data needs.
• Partner with ML and Platform PMs to ensure that new product experiences provide high-quality feedback signals to refine model accuracy.
• Define long-term strategy for recommendation intelligence to ensure consistency and measurability across the platform.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience within large-scale consumer or marketplace environments.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional initiatives involving multiple technical dependencies.
• Deep understanding of recommendation systems, personalization, or AI/ML-driven product development.
• Experience implementing and managing structured intake or prioritization frameworks.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
• Systems-oriented mindset capable of connecting high-level strategy to technical execution.

• Background in large-scale ranking systems applied across multiple user surfaces.
• Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, data platforms, and feedback signal design.
