What you will do

• Define and drive product strategy for profile discovery and identity features.
• Redesign self-expression components to foster authentic and deep user interaction.
• Develop personalization strategies that adapt product experiences to individual dating intent.
• Reduce user fatigue by testing and implementing novel interaction patterns.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science to ship high-impact features.
• Communicate product vision and strategic tradeoffs to leadership and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product management, specifically within consumer technology.
• Proven background in personalization, recommendation systems, or discovery platforms.
• Experience building scaled B2C products in fast-paced or startup-like environments.
• Strong product intuition and ability to make data-informed decisions in ambiguous conditions.
• Ability to translate user empathy and cultural insights into thoughtful product direction.
• Effective communication skills to simplify complex tradeoffs and drive consensus.
