Salary: $130,000 - $175,000

What you will do

• Lead detection areas to proactively identify and mitigate scaled abuse threats using automation.
• Manage the on-call incident response process, triaging and resolving emerging safety threats.
• Develop scalable, high-precision detection models and automated engineering solutions.
• Monitor anomalous activity, linking trends to core business KPIs.
• Mentor junior team members and establish best practices for detection methodologies.
• Collaborate with Product, Policy, and Engineering teams to align on safety initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, cybersecurity, fraud, or risk.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and workflow automation.
• Experience with big data frameworks like Spark.
• Proven ability to build and productionize large-scale detection systems.
• Experience creating dashboards/visualizations (Mode, Tableau).
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to executive audiences.

Nice to have

• Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Intelligence Studies.
• Experience maintaining detection algorithms and threat intelligence strategies.
• Knowledge of persistent scaled abuse threat actor behaviors.
