What you will do

• Serve as a primary technical advisor for customers scaling hirify.global in production environments.
• Manage onboarding and implementation, including self-hosted infrastructure configuration and integration with observability pipelines.
• Troubleshoot complex issues spanning SDKs, cloud infrastructure, and model outputs.
• Design and document end-to-end customer evaluation pipelines and technical artifacts.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for internal engineering and product teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer-facing technical roles like solutions architecture or field engineering.
• Fluency in Python or TypeScript with strong debugging skills across APIs and infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of DevOps, cloud architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with self-hosted or hybrid SaaS deployments.
• Familiarity with LLM development workflows and AI ecosystem tooling.
