Solutions Architect (AI): Architecting secure, cloud-native solutions for an agentic behavioral science and AI platform with an accent on Microsoft ecosystem integrations, including Azure, Dynamics 365, and agentic workflows. Focus on defining stable integration contracts, designing scalable multi-tenant architectures, and ensuring system interoperability across diverse client environments.

Location: Remote, with an opportunity to be hybrid if based in Tennessee. Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. First week onsite in Tennessee required (expenses paid).

Salary: $175,000+ (upon conversion)

What you will do

• Architect scalable, cloud-native solutions for both SaaS and customer-hosted deployments.
• Design agentic AI workflows and integrations within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Define integration boundaries, data ownership, and stable contracts between systems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to provide architectural guidance and perform design reviews.
• Develop prototypes and reference integrations to validate patterns and reduce variability.
• Serve as a technical authority within the Architecture Team to maintain platform standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in distributed, cloud-native systems within SaaS or enterprise environments.
• Expert knowledge of software architecture and the Azure ecosystem.
• Strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Power Platform delivery.
• Experience designing agentic products or workflows for large-scale environments.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or .NET.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with healthcare integrations like Epic EHR, MyChart, or Cheers.
• Background in multi-cloud environments (AWS, OCI).
• Familiarity with enterprise frameworks like TOGAF.
• Relevant certifications (Azure Solutions Architect, SAFe).
