What you will do

• Design and maintain elegant, idiomatic, and resilient SDKs for AI observability.
• Prioritize developer experience by creating efficient, easy-to-use libraries.
• Integrate core platform functionality with major AI frameworks and providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini.
• Develop internal tools for testing, profiling, and automating CI/CD release workflows.
• Act as a community ambassador by engaging with users, resolving issues, and managing pull requests.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure polished and cohesive developer experiences.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Go with a focus on building fast, reliable, and idiomatic libraries.
• Proficiency in SDK tooling including testing frameworks, profilers, and packaging systems.
• Experience wrapping, patching, or extending existing frameworks for instrumentation without breaking developer workflows.
• Deep commitment to developer experience, API design, and backward compatibility.
• Strong background in maintaining or contributing to production-grade open-source projects.
• Passion for solving real-world developer problems.
