What you will do
- Produce high-quality guides, tutorials, API references, and SDK documentation at scale.
- Test the product hands-on by building with SDKs, calling APIs, and verifying code samples.
- Translate complex product goals into structured, easy-to-follow documentation plans.
- Use AI tools to accelerate content drafting, research, and technical reviews.
- Improve information architecture, user flows, and in-product messaging.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather insights and provide feedback on product usability.
Requirements
- Proven experience authoring developer-facing technical documentation.
- Hands-on product-first mindset with the ability to learn via usage rather than just specs.
- Technical proficiency with REST APIs, SDKs, CLIs, and at least one programming language.
- Strong experience with docs-as-code workflows including Markdown, Git, and CI-based publishing.
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in fast-moving and ambiguous environments.
