What you will do

• Lead and grow a team of 20+ topic experts to support global biopharma clients.
• Manage team performance across key KPIs including case billability, content quality, and project delivery.
• Contribute directly to client cases, workshops, and proposals using deep domain expertise.
• Develop and commercialize internal knowledge assets, tools, and market studies.
• Coach and mentor team members to support their career progression and professional development.
• Represent the firm at industry meetings and conferences as a subject matter expert.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in biopharma commercial consulting or 12-14+ years of industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills for managing complex stakeholder environments.
• Experience with the German pharmaceutical market is a significant plus.
