Product Manager (Trust & Safety)

TL;DR

Salary: $160,000 - $175,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the Trust & Safety user experience strategy and roadmap.
• Prioritize and design user-facing features and backend systems to enhance community safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deter bad behavior and support community guidelines.
• Analyze customer research and performance metrics to drive feature iteration.
• Create wireframes, documentation, and product requirements to align teams.
• Communicate product vision and strategy to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of product management experience.
• Proven experience working on full-cycle product roadmaps.
• Proficiency with SQL, wireframing, and technical specification writing.
• Demonstrated success in consumer product development across Web, Android, and iOS.
• Ability to structure complex problem-solving approaches.
