What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered features from the ground up.
• Develop and optimize applied AI systems including model selection, fine-tuning, and inference pipelines.
• Integrate AI capabilities into production environments while ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate across engineering and product teams to deliver impactful customer experiences.
• Evaluate model performance continuously and refine results based on user feedback.
• Establish AI engineering best practices and drive technical excellence across the team.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a software or machine learning engineer with a focus on applied AI.
• Proven track record of developing and deploying production-grade AI systems, specifically using large language models.
• Strong proficiency with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation techniques.
• Experience managing APIs, data pipelines, and cloud environments like AWS or GCP.
• Commitment to high-quality user experiences and scalable system design.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Nice to have

• Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), vector databases, or orchestration frameworks.
• Familiarity with the tech stack: Go, gRPC, React, TypeScript, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Previous experience in early-stage startups or zero-to-one product development.
