Salary: $265K – $390K

What you will do

• Help lead major projects, taking new products from 0->1 or improving existing first party primitives.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to iterate on hirify.global Cloud, growing and improving the product.
• Identify and solve technical and quality problems.
• Mentor and develop new senior engineers.
• Ship product and build infrastructure as a full stack builder.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, OR equivalent real-world experience in engineering roles
• 10+ years of experience in software with at least 3+ years in a technical leadership role.

Nice to have

• Experience building user facing platform as a service products.
• Experience with AI/agentic systems.
• Previous experience at a high-growth startup.
