What you will do
- Define and drive the product roadmap for the notification platform, including triggers and decisioning logic.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop personalized content that drives engagement and long-term retention.
- Lead product specs and development for backend-focused features, bridging the gap between technical complexity and user value.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and SQL to identify optimization opportunities.
- Communicate experiment hypotheses, results, and strategy to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Make data-informed trade-offs between scope, quality, and speed to meet business goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in consumer tech or mobile-first environments.
- Proven experience working directly with backend teams on notifications, platform, or personalization systems.
- Proficiency in data analysis and capability to write SQL queries.
- Strong communication skills to distill complex technical topics for diverse audiences.
- Ability to turn vague, high-level ideas into structured, executable plans.
Nice to have
- Experience working with ML engineers on propensity models for recommendations.
- Background in x-channel content strategy, copy generation, and testing.
- Exposure to mobile gaming, two-sided marketplaces, or high-volume engagement products.
