Salary: $120,000 - $180,000

What you will do

• Identify, outreach, and onboard new supply and distribution-side partners on the East Coast.
• Nurture existing supply partner relationships to leverage additional growth opportunities.
• Liaise between internal teams including Operations, Tech, and Marketing to ensure seamless execution.
• Provide market and competitor analysis to optimize business strategies and performance.
• Scale operational processes required for rapid regional expansion.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York
• Full proficiency in English
• 3+ years of experience in business development, preferably within travel-related products
• Demonstrated experience using CRM tools
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
