What you will do

• Define and execute the global onboarding platform strategy, including identity verification and KYC orchestration.
• Lead the rearchitecture of onboarding infrastructure to reduce technical debt and improve reliability.
• Build self-serve capabilities that empower engineering and product teams to launch regional onboarding flows independently.
• Partner with engineering to scale document processing, verification APIs, and compliance-driven workflows.
• Align compliance, operations, and product stakeholders to balance regulatory requirements with user experience velocity.
• Define platform metrics to drive activation rates, team velocity, and overall platform utilization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with a focus on platforms, infrastructure, or internal developer tools.
• Proven track record of delivering self-serve products where internal engineering and operations are the primary customers.
• Experience leading large-scale platform rearchitectures while balancing long-term health with product delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to write strategy documents, PRDs, and influential narratives.
• Passion for Bitcoin and crypto with a clear understanding of hirify.global’s mission.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

• Deep expertise in regulated workflows, identity verification, KYC, or AML requirements within fintech or crypto sectors.
