What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end product roadmap for wallet, payments, and crypto card features.
• Author detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and maintain the product backlog.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, and external partners.
• Drive the launch of new features while analyzing product metrics to optimize customer journeys.
• Ensure project delivery timelines are met through effective coordination in an Agile environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management or as a Product Owner.
• Deep understanding of the Visa/Mastercard ecosystem and payment infrastructures.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain fundamentals.
• Experience working with REST APIs and integration standards.
• Fluent Russian language proficiency required.
• Previous experience in fintech or crypto-related product development.

Nice to have

• Experience launching crypto wallet or crypto card products.
• Familiarity with KYC/AML compliance processes.
• Experience working with global payment providers or centralized crypto exchanges.
