What you will do

• Own product strategy and execution within a virtual banking domain.
• Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements (workflows, APIs, user journeys).
• Drive roadmap planning and prioritisation, focusing on high-impact initiatives.
• Ensure operational readiness (controls, exception management, audit considerations).
• Define and track performance metrics to guide product decisions.
• Communicate effectively through documentation, updates, and structured decision-making.

Requirements

• ~7+ years of product management experience in fintech, payments, banking, or financial infrastructure.
• Experience with API-driven or platform products in close collaboration with engineering teams.
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams.
• Structured, analytical mindset with a focus on execution and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex trade-offs.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.

• Virtual accounts and account lifecycle management.
• End-to-end payment flows (initiation to settlement and reconciliation).
