Salary: $112,500 – $120,000 per year

What you will do

• Define and standardize key metrics across the Trust & Safety ecosystem to support product and operational decisions.
• Build and maintain automated reports and dashboards for broad organizational visibility into T&S performance.
• Identify and solve high-impact analytical problems to reshape understanding of customer and moderator behavior.
• Partner with product, engineering, and operations stakeholders to support new launches and process improvements.
• Analyze trends in support data to identify risks, gaps, and operational inefficiencies.
• Mentor junior analytics team members and lead cross-functional analytical initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of analytics experience, with expert-level proficiency in SQL.
• 3+ years of specific experience working within Trust & Safety, customer support, or operations environments.
• Experience building visualizations in Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Working knowledge of programming languages like Python or R.
• Proven ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks or Mode analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git or dbt.
