What you will do
- Analyze game economies and player behavior to drive data-informed decisions.
- Develop models to forecast the impact of game changes on retention and revenue.
- Conduct financial evaluations, revenue forecasting, and cost optimization analyses.
- Monitor key business metrics for products, features, and marketing campaigns.
- Execute hands-on configurations in CRM systems for player segmentation and feature rollout.
- Provide recommendations to enhance in-game features and economies based on analytical findings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economics, or a quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in analytical roles within the social casino or iGaming industry.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with complex data queries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to simplify complex data into actionable insights.
- Ability to work on-site in Vaughan, Ontario.
Nice to have
- Experience with PowerBI.
- Familiarity with statistical tools and models such as R or SAS.
- Previous supervisory or managerial experience.
