What you will do

• Design, build, and operate fault-tolerant, observable data pipelines using Airflow and modern ELT best practices.
• Architect and enhance AWS data infrastructure, including Redshift, S3, and monitoring systems.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design canonical, analytics-ready datasets for growth, engagement, and revenue metrics.
• Define and enforce SLAs, data quality checks, and alerts for production systems.
• Participate in on-call rotations and drive root-cause fixes for data platform incidents.
• Contribute to architectural design reviews and evaluate new data tooling to improve productivity.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering with ownership of large-scale production platforms.
• Deep expertise in Airflow and AWS-based data platforms including Redshift, S3, and IAM.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python with strong data modeling and systems design skills.
• Experience partnering closely with Analytics and business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of AI tools including prompt engineering and modern AI technology stacks.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and influence architecture across teams.
