What you will do

• Partner with sales teams to define and analyze promotional calendars and sales plans.
• Collaborate with product teams to refine in-game sales strategies and product offerings.
• Generate comprehensive reports and analyses for promotions, SKUs, and in-game stores.
• Identify analytical gaps and develop custom solutions for complex business challenges.
• Design and maintain tailored dashboards for various stakeholder audiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics with a focus on sales and business intelligence.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL for processing large datasets.
• Strong data visualization skills, particularly with PowerBI.
• Excellent project management, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ambiguous requirements.
