TL;DR

Partner Development Director (LegalTech): Spearheading the strategic expansion of channel and service partner ecosystems with an accent on business development, negotiation, and high-impact partnership agreements. Focus on scaling the partner-led adoption of the hirify.global platform and AI Assistant globally while building complex, mutually beneficial commercial relationships.

Location: Must be based in the United States, with the option to be remote or work out of the Oakland, CA, or New York, NY offices on a hybrid schedule.

Salary: $206,000–$260,000

hirify.global is a rapidly growing provider of cutting-edge ediscovery software helping law firms and government agencies navigate complex investigations.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute the overarching strategy for expanding the channel and services partner business.
  • Recruit and cultivate new strategic channel partners, including MSPs, global advisories, and ALSPs.
  • Negotiate and close complex commercial agreements and first-of-kind partnerships to drive adoption.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams to integrate hirify.global AI into partner workflows.
  • Act as a thought leader and representative for hirify.global at industry conferences and networking events.
  • Define partner activation metrics and lead the transition of partners to the management team.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship provided).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or legal tech at a SaaS/technology company.
  • At least 5 years of specialized experience in building and growing tech channel partnerships with services-focused organizations.
  • Proven track record in structuring, negotiating, and closing high-impact strategic partnership deals.
  • Deep expertise in managing complex partner ecosystems and designing joint business value plans.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI-integrated product partnerships.
  • Advanced degrees such as an MBA or MS.
