What you will do
- Design, develop and operate scalable and resilient distributed services on Kubernetes or ECS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand the service platform.
- Influence team roadmap and product development strategy.
- Mentor and develop other team members.
- Ensure system stability and high performance under heavy traffic.
Requirements
- 2+ years of industry work experience in backend development.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent field.
- Strong knowledge of at least one backend language such as Java, Node.js, Go, or C++.
- Proficiency in computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience designing and building high-traffic distributed backend systems.
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, Cassandra).
- Experience with Redis, ElasticSearch, Kafka, and Spark.
- Familiarity with TypeScript, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
