TL;DR

Software Development Engineer II (Fintech): Building and optimizing product features for data marketplaces, mobile, web applications, and API services with an accent on cloud migration and automated pipeline improvement. Focus on maintaining a production-first mindset, leveraging AI-powered tools, and ensuring high-quality, scalable code within an Agile Scrum environment.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Las Colinas, TX or Arlington, TX (Hybrid: 2 days onsite required).

What you will do

Develop product features for data marketplaces, mobile, web, and API services.
Contribute to public cloud migration efforts and cloud implementation experimentation.
Improve automated build, test, and deployment pipelines to enhance delivery speed.
Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to test automation.
Maintain high system uptime and resolve complex production issues.
Collaborate within Agile Scrum teams to improve product quality and processes.

Requirements

2-4 years of professional experience in software development.
Must reside in or commute to Las Colinas, TX or Arlington, TX.
No employment sponsorship available (US work authorization required).
Expertise in a high-level programming language (Java, C#, or Go).
Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice to have

Experience with containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
Knowledge of low-code environments such as Outsystems or Logic Apps.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, Terraform, or Jenkins.
Experience with database technologies including Oracle, SQL Server, or CosmosDB.
