TL;DR
Lead Product Designer (Dating): Shaping and scaling growth experiences across a portfolio of social and dating apps with an accent on activation, engagement, and conversion metrics. Focus on end-to-end design processes, solving complex funnel problems, and mentoring the design team within a hybrid work environment.
Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Dallas, Texas (Hybrid: 3 days/week in-office).
Salary: $160,000–$170,000 per year.

What you will do
- Own the design strategy for growth initiatives including activation, retention, and conversion.
- Drive the full design lifecycle from discovery and concepting to visual design and launch.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Analytics to translate complex problems into intuitive solutions.
- Design and evaluate product experiments to iterate based on user insights and success metrics.
- Set design standards and quality benchmarks to ensure consistency across all portfolio apps.
- Mentor junior designers and support team growth through design critiques and feedback.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product design experience in mobile-first or growth-focused environments.
- Proven ability to design end-to-end product experiences that drive measurable outcomes.
- Strong command of interaction, visual, and systems-thinking skills.
- Experience in navigating ambiguity and turning complex requirements into simple solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional team members.
- Must be able to work on-site in the Dallas office 3 days per week.
Nice to have
- Experience in social, dating, or community-driven product design.
- Prior experience in people management or formal team mentorship roles.
