What you will do

• Define and drive the organization’s overall data architecture strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Design, manage, and evolve the data platform, focusing on scalability and security.
• Implement modern technologies for data ingestion, processing, integration, and governance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional product and technology teams to meet data-driven business needs.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data architects, engineers, and analysts.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with data protection regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in managing data architectures or data engineering.
• Proven leadership experience managing data teams.
• Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
• Deep expertise in data warehousing, modeling (Inmon, Kimball), and modern lakehouse architectures.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python with knowledge of CI/CD and version control.

Nice to have

• Knowledge or previous exposure to the iGaming industry.
• Relevant professional certifications in data architecture or engineering.
