Software Engineer (Backend, AI)

TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco, CA (On-site 5 days a week)

Salary: $150,000 – $250,000 + Equity

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with backend systems (Python preferred).
• Clear communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
• Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco (5 days/week).
• Strong drive, grit, and ownership mindset.

Nice to have

• Background in B2B SaaS.
• Experience with 0 to 1 product development.
