Salary: $240,000 – $310,000 plus equity

What you will do

• Set the architectural direction for agentic systems and the intelligence layer.
• Design scalable agent orchestration, retrieval systems, and LLM infrastructure.
• Establish evaluation standards, observability, and reliability frameworks for AI at scale.
• Partner with leadership to translate product vision into concrete technical strategies.
• Identify and resolve systemic gaps limiting scalability or product velocity.
• Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience shipping production software.
• 3+ years of experience leading complex AI/ML systems.
• Deep expertise in TypeScript, Python, and distributed system design.
• Proven track record shipping LLM-powered products at enterprise scale.
• Mastery of retrieval architectures, RAG, vector databases, and embedding pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and agent frameworks (OpenAI, Anthropic, LangGraph).
