What you will do
- Design and deploy LLM-based autonomous agents capable of advanced reasoning, planning, and task decomposition.
- Build production-scale orchestration frameworks using tools like LangGraph, CrewAI, and Pydantic AI.
- Implement agent-to-agent communication protocols and dynamic task delegation systems.
- Develop cloud-native microservices infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS/GCP.
- Architect memory systems using vector and graph databases to maintain context across long-running campaign lifecycles.
- Establish LLM evaluation pipelines, safety guardrails, and auditing mechanisms to ensure ethical and transparent agent behavior.
Requirements
- Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area and able to work onsite 3x per week.
- 6+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years specifically in production-grade AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in agent frameworks such as LangGraph, Google ADK, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Strong proficiency in Python or TypeScript.
- Proven experience architecting distributed systems and microservices.
- Solid understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB) and RAG pipelines.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, fundraising, or high-compliance domains.
- Contributions to open-source agent frameworks or AI developer communities.
- Experience with knowledge graphs like Neo4j.
- Familiarity with AI observability and advanced evaluation tooling.
