What you will do

• Build production-grade agents, reference implementations, and LangGraph workflows.
• Own the developer experience by identifying and fixing friction in APIs and SDKs.
• Design and run benchmarks to measure agent reliability and tool-calling quality.
• Conduct technical sessions and workshops on agentic architectures and integration design.
• Publish AI research and technical content regarding MCP, evals, and context optimization.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to turn new releases into functional demos.

Requirements

• Production-grade agent development experience.
• Deep expertise in MCP or tool-calling schemas.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Python.
• Ability to design evaluation frameworks for agentic systems.
• Understanding of context optimization and sandboxed testing.
• Must be based in the US (PT timezone alignment).
