Salary: $150,000 – $250,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Build and scale the core product architecture to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Own significant portions of the backend stack using Python.
• Collaborate directly with the founding team to define and drive technical direction.
• Operate with high ownership in a fast-paced, high-output environment.
• Work in-person from the San Francisco headquarters five days a week.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building software products.
• Strong proficiency in backend systems, with a preference for Python.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco, CA.
• Strong drive, grit, and ability to take full ownership of complex tasks.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS.
• Background in early-stage (0-1) startup environments.
