What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design for complex audit workflows, from initial research to shipped solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to shape strategy and influence product roadmaps.
• Translate customer needs into clear user journeys, interaction models, and polished UI.
• Integrate AI-assisted workflows directly into the product to enhance auditor productivity.
• Balance speed and iteration with usability, consistency, and long-term product quality.
• Contribute to the design system and mentor fellow designers to elevate the team's craft.

Requirements

• Must be located in the USA.
• Strong experience owning complex, ambiguous problem spaces end-to-end.
• Proven ability to operate effectively at high velocity in fast-moving environments.
• Experience designing and integrating AI-assisted workflows into user interfaces.
• Deep understanding of system design and its downstream impacts on personas and workflows.
• Ability to define problems and deliver high-quality solutions with minimal direction.

Nice to have

• Background in audit, accounting, compliance, or regulated domains.
• Experience with B2B SaaS or workflow-heavy, document-centric products.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Experience partnering on zero-to-one product initiatives.
