What you will do
- Utilize Salesforce CRM Analytics to analyze customer and business data to generate actionable insights.
- Design, develop, and implement analytics solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

- Identify trends and opportunities for business growth by interpreting complex datasets.
- Ensure data accuracy and quality through adherence to data governance initiatives.
- Lead end-to-end analytics projects and mentor junior team members on methodologies.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM).
- Strong understanding of CRM data models and customer analytics.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical analytics solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in leading analytics initiatives and providing mentorship.
