What you will do

• Design and deliver scalable Service Cloud and Chat solutions including omni-channel and case management.
• Customize and integrate platform features using Apex, LWC, and native tools.
• Advise stakeholders on chat workflows, agent enablement, and cross-cloud architecture.
• Enable DevOps practices by managing version control and automated deployments using Copado.
• Support and train users to ensure platform adoption, data integrity, and security compliance.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and emerging platform capabilities.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil
• Proven experience implementing Salesforce Service Cloud and Chat solutions.
• Strong understanding of CRM processes, case routing, and deflection strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps platforms such as Copado.
• Ability to lead solutioning efforts and provide strategic guidance.
• Salesforce certifications (Service Cloud Consultant, Omni-Channel) are strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agentforce and Data Cloud products.
• Familiarity with large-scale migrations and multi-cloud integrations.
• Experience working with global onshore and offshore teams.
• Prior partner-side consulting experience.
