What you will do

• Develop and maintain scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and custom metadata types.
• Build automation via Flows, declarative tools, API integrations, and Mulesoft.
• Implement and customize Experience Cloud portals and AI-powered Agentforce use cases.
• Manage real-time data ingestion and build unified customer profiles using Data Cloud tools.
• Collaborate with architects and product owners in Agile squads to convert user stories into technical designs.
• Lead small technical squads, mentor junior developers, and manage client expectations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development across multiple clouds.
• Proven expertise with Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Agentforce.
• Experience leading small squads and contributing to architecture discussions.
• Strong focus on client delivery and stakeholder alignment in Agile environments.
• Must be based in Brazil.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I/II, Admin, Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant.
• Data Cloud Consultant certification.
• Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Manufacturing Cloud, or B2B Commerce Cloud.
