TL;DR
Salesforce Technical Architect (Salesforce/Vlocity): Designing and delivering tailored Salesforce solutions across the ecosystem to support business growth and platform adoption with an accent on cloud and application architecture. Focus on implementing best practices in engineering, mentoring development teams, and enhancing complex CPQ, EPC, and Omnistudio components within an agile, high-performance environment.
Location: Livingston, UK (Hybrid work model).

What you will do
- Partner with product owners and solution architects to deliver tailored Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Communications, and Marketing Clouds.
- Drive adoption of best practices and support a community of Salesforce Technical Designers.
- Employ robust engineering principles across the design, development, and delivery of platform changes.
- Contribute to the improvement of DevOps processes, version control, and CI/CD workflows.
- Work with cross-functional agile teams to enhance CPQ, EPC, CLM, and OM features.
- Manage and advise a team of Salesforce developers and architects.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Digital Commerce and Comms Cloud (Vlocity, CPQ, EPC, OM, CLM).
- Proven design and development skills using Omnistudio, Lightning Web Components, Apex, and complex API integrations.
- Experience in building complex, scalable software systems and object modeling.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD workflows (GitLab, Jenkins) and static code analysis.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid model at the Livingston office.
- Right to work in the UK is required.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of TOGAF principles.
- Experience using SonarQube for static analysis.
- Knowledge of ELK or Splunk for log analysis.
