What you will do

• Oversee the full lifecycle of complex projects, ensuring scope, quality, and schedule targets are met.
• Act as the single point of contact for executive-level customers and internal project teams.
• Manage project financials, including revenue, cost, and gross margin documentation and reporting.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules and communication plans.
• Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with Finance, Sales Ops, and external contractors to ensure project alignment and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5-8 years of experience within the communications industry.
• Minimum 5 years of project management or service operations experience.
• Strong negotiation skills with internal teams, customers, and external contractors.
• Demonstrated experience in project-level financial management and tracking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
